CESC may sell 15-20% in Spencer's to PE players

CESC is in talks with private equity funds to dilute 15-20% stake in its retail subsidiary Spencer's, its Vice Chairman Sanjiv Goenka told CNBC-TV18 in an interview. The company sees FY10 retail revenues at Rs 1,000 crore, he added.
